On Monday, the day after Matt and Raelyn came, we had lunch with them and Raelyn's Grandmother at Symeons Greek Restaurant in Utica. Very delicious. Then it was back to the lake house. We whiled away the rest of the afternoon sitting on the deck and watching the activity on the lake.

The weather was rainy and cool, but nothing like what Florida was experiencing. We watched the news about Tropical Storm Debby and were grateful to learn that our little corner of the world in Largo seemed to weather the storm well.
John Dziura had a softball game in Syracuse that evening, and Frank went with him. At the ball field, Frank coached John on his hitting. While we can't say for sure that Frank worked miracles, John did go 3 for 4 that night, and the 'hitch' in his swing was gone. John was convinced, and that's all that mattered.
