Too soon, the reunion weekend was nearing its close.
The final event was a picnic a Oceanside Heritage Park for the graduates and their families. There was good Mexican food, cold sodas and beer, and warm greetings all around.

This Graduating Class of 1962 does an excellent job of keeping in touch, and hosting events that are well attended. Next up is a celebration of the 70th birthday of most class members, as most of them were born in 1944. As the goodbyes were being said, and hugs given all around, you could hear several of the members starting to plan a big birthday bash in 2014.
We have it on our calendar already.
